Any transaction you enter with us, through our website www.luluspersonalgifts.co.uk is entered into with Lu Lu’s Personal Gifts. Information you provide to us either on the website, by e-mail or through any other means of communication is held by Lu Lu’s Personal Gifts and will not be shared with any third parties.
By placing an order with Lu Lu’s Personal Gifts you agree to our terms and conditions. Please do not use our website if you do not agree to them.

Acceptance of your order
The acceptance of your order will be deemed to occur when your order has been placed, except in the following circumstances.
1. The product you have ordered is out of stock.
2. We may have identified an error with our pricing or product specification.
3. You have failed to complete the payment.
4. There are errors in your order submission.
Colours/ Product Type
Due to the limitations of technology the colour of products shown on the customer’s computer screen are close representations of the actual items. We will not enter into any discussions with regards to the accuracy of colour. If colour is critical to you then further clarification can be requested via direct message.
Prices displayed on our website are in GBP and inclusive of VAT.
All products on our web site are sold subject to availability. If a product is out of stock we will remove it from our website at the earliest opportunity. However, if we receive an order for an out of stock item we will try to contact you by e-mail in an attempt to resolve the matter. We reserve the right to hold your order until we receive a response from you.
Personalised products are made to order therefore please allow up to 14 days to receive your order. During peak periods such as Christmas turn-around time may exceed this and a advisory will be sent, however we always endeavour to meet our timescales where possible. We recommend you detail the special date in order for us to see if this date is achievable.

Delivery charges are shown when items are entered into the shopping basket and again confirmed on the checkout summary pages.
Despatches may be made by registered mail or courier and in which case a signature may be required upon delivery.
We currently only deliver to United Kingdom
Cancellation and Returns Policy
Returns of Personalised products: We reserve the right to refuse refunds on personalised items where the customer has provided incorrect details. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to ensure the personalisation is correct before submitting an order.
Where an item is bespoke and unique or a photo design, a design proof will be sent to the registered email prior to print. 24 hours are given for a response. Amendments at this point can be accepted however please be clear with instruction as no more proofs are in the product price and further design time may be charged before product is finalised. Should, we not receive a response after 24 hours we will accept the design is suitable and continue to produce your product.
We aim to satisfy our customers by providing quality products, and ensuring that they arrive with you in perfect condition. If for any reason we do not meet your expectations, please contact us with your complaint and we will endeavour to resolve it to your satisfaction. If we are found to be at fault, we will refund, replace or correct any errors within 14 days. Any liability is limited to the value of your order.
